Leading law firm in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Technology Support Specialist to support the firm's users. This is a direct hire, full time position. Responsibilities will include providing in-house, phone and email support (remote services) for computer software and hardware issues to users.
Technology Support: Windows, Microsoft Office 2010 and above (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), Acrobat, iManage, VPN, Remote Desktop Services, Outlook Web Access, desktop computers, laptops, printers, multi-functional devices, smart phones, Cisco phones, conference room technology, audio/visual (A/V) equipment and networking and system administration. Additional duties include setup, configuration and installation of hardware and software applications; testing new software applications; and training users and other IT support team members.
Qualified candidates will have at least 3 to 4 years of law firm or professional services experience in a large environment. College degree in computer science or information technology is a plus. Certifications are desired. Must have excellent communication, trouble shooting and customer service skills.
