This is a lead role for a small team with 8+ years full-stack development with some exposure to SaaS and cloud development to build and lead a small team. Emphasis on professional presence, influence and entry-level leadership capabilities..  
Expert Knowledge in Java web development stack (Spring, Spring MVC, AngularJS, etc.)
Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
Expert Knowledge of design patterns (MVC)

Summary of Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Lead Enterprise Developer is responsible for improving functionality for both internal and external customers via the design, development, and unit testing of proprietary applications.  As a member of the Product Development Team, this position will report directly to the Director of Development & Architecture, and will include functions within all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).  As a senior member of the team, you will provide extensive development expertise and leadership on behalf of internal and external customers to lead the healthcare industry in digital communications and connectivity.   

A successful candidate must possess excellent analytical and technical skills, with a focus on detail, quality, and accuracy.  The candidate must also have a proven track record of developing and architecting large-scale enterprise applications. This position will require the candidate to successfully interface at multiple levels of organizational structure, from other Software Engineers and Web Developers to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Chief Product Officer (CPO). The candidate must be a self-starter, enjoy ideation and innovation, and possess a strong desire to learn new products, technologies, and processes.

Required Skills & Experience

BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent

8+ years of relevant full-stack web development experience (desirable to have digital, Web and SaaS applications)

2+ year of experience as a technical team lead

Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies, tools, and processes

Expert Knowledge in Java web development stack (Spring, Spring MVC, AngularJS, etc.)

Expert Knowledge of design patterns (MVC)

Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting

Solid knowledge of Linux

Solid knowledge of Web front end technologies (Html, CSS, JavaScript)

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process and TDD (Test Driven Development)

Experience developing cloud-based software solutions

Creative, attention to detail, multitasking and organizational capacity

Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.

Strong technical, process and problem-solving proficiency

Demonstrated business acumen, and cross-collaboration capabilities
