The role requires strong leadership skills to lead the implementation and training of the new technologies.
•Identify issues and areas for improvement. Document business and technical requirements.
•Identify and communicate risks and potential issues with resolutions for internal customers and subsidiaries.
•Investigate potential solutions and/or enhancements to current technologies and processes
•Demonstrate or pilot the proposed solution(s) as needed
•Assist in the Project Management (PM) functions of the implementation of the chosen solution(s) including change management, internal training and method and procedures documentation.
•Assist in the research into the strategic planning process for new solutions and new technologies.
•Minimum one to three years of leading new technology and/or process improvement technology projects is required.
•Experience with new and emerging technologies/technology platforms a must. Examples could be: Microsoft SharePoint, Open Source stack, Microsoft Lync (Skype for Business), Office 365 Application Suites, UI or UX applications, mobile software (security, applications, etc.)
•Bachelor's Degree in related discipline within Business Administration or Computer Science and/or relevant work experience simulating duties described above.
•Must be able to demonstrate examples of value creation through technology or process change in past experience.
