Prestigious mid-sized firm in Los Angeles has an opening for a Legal Secretary specialized in Real Estate and Corporate Law. Secretary should have at least 2 to 3 years of experience supporting attorneys in real estate transactions including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and financing.
Responsibilities will include preparing, revising and finalizing complex real estate and transactional documents; handling client communications; calendaring; scheduling and managing appointments and meetings; making travel arrangements; managing attorney timesheets; and other administrative duties as needed.
Qualified candidates will have excellent technical and computer skills. Must be highly proficient with MS Word to include use of styles, redlining/blacklining, Acrobat, document management systems, and general business and legal computer technology.
