Our client is looking for a Professional Services Coordinator to join their EPS Business Unit in their Jacksonville, FL office.
The Professional Services Coordinator is responsible for administration and workflow around initiating, processing, tracking and completing services engagements. This includes assisting Services Team leads in managing project information and billing requirements. The Professional Services Coordinator is assigned to work with specific team leads, assisting with process compliance, paperwork requirements for billing and use of SFDC for project data. The Professional Services Coordinator works with the Director of Services to ensure compliance with proscribed use of SFDC as well as working closely with Sales OPS coordinators toward timely and accurate billing of delivered services and metrics tracked in SFDC. The Professional Services Coordinator acts as expert in prescribed use of SFDC, providing training to Services users as required. The Professional Services Coordinator has responsibility for generating and ensuring good data in metrics and dashboard reporting.
Assist Services team leads with required paperwork, PSCF, Call offs, scheduling, etc
Provide user training and assistance in use of SFDC for Services
Generate reports as required from SFDC and SAP data
Drive compliance of SFDC in Services
Provide data from specific services groups as required by management
Implement and maintain services OPS group processes
Create new reports as needed in Salesforce to drive key metrics within Professional Services
Schedule all service resources for all active contracts as well as incremental business
Create PSCF’s for services team to include new contract and incremental
Manage Salesforce Dashboard and Timesheets to ensure consultant compliance and notify manager of both non-compliance of both
Ensure that all expenses and billings in Salesforce are being properly reflected in SAP and in the proper accounting period
Coordinate pre-sales services (Demo needs) with sales if required
Work with A/R team to provide any backup related to disputes in services
Ensure EPS billing report accurately reflects the teams revenue generation on a monthly basis
Work with the support team to turn any training needs into a consulting engagement
Ad hoc reporting or special projects as needed
Bachelor’s degree or work experience equivalent
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or services coordinator position in client services organization. Must possess a good understanding and experience in use of CRM and management systems. Background in billing and contract fulfillment.
Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, interpersonal and problem solving skills. Previous experience with Salesforce.com, Excel and SAP is a plus.
