Prestigious top tier firm is seeking a talented Legal Administrative Assistant/Junior Paralegal in San Francisco. Legal Admin Assistant works closely with attorney providing wide ranging support including legal administrative and paralegal functions, as well as general office support. Duties include legal/litigation support, organizing and maintaining documents and binders, scanning, copying, mail handling, client billing/time entries, and special projects as needed.

Qualified candidates will have a college degree; an ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate is a plus. Junior level candidates with at least 2 to 3 years of solid legal administrative experience in a law firm will also be considered.
