Los Angeles law firm is seeking an IT Trainer to provide support to all levels of users, on an individual basis as well as in group settings. Trainer must have prior law firm experience. Superior technology knowledge related to software and hardware required. Applications includes Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), iManage, document management systems, Adobe Acrobat, and macros. Trainer will also provide helpdesk support to attorneys, management and staff as needed.
Ideal candidates will have excellent communication and customer service skills, along with a positive and proactive outlook.
