2+ years of recruiting industry experience
- A strong desire to win -- success/money motivated
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- Computer literacy that includes PC-based applications and strong web navigation skills with the ability to multi-task
- Must be a team player with willingness to take direction
- Desire and motivation to build strong relationships externally with candidates and clients and internally with your colleagues.
