Major firm in Los Angeles is seeking to hire a Junior-level Helpdesk Technician with 1 to 3 years of experience providing deskside and remote user support. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity. Responsibilities will include hardware and software issues, mobile devices, printers, digital phone systems, A/V equipment, and related peripherals.
