Help Desk Support I & II - Radnor, PA
Contract to Full Time position (3-6 months)

We are currently looking for Help Desk Support Professional who can help us on a short term assignment and potentially join our company on a full time basis. The ideal candidate will be able to filter help desk calls and provide basic support and troubleshooting, such as password resets, printer configurations, break/fix instructions, ticket routing and escalation support. May also escalate to IT applications support or call for outside vendor maintenance, as needed. Desktop, laptop, and other user device support including - break/fix, configuration issues, troubleshooting, software installations, hardware repair.
Required soft skills:
- Windows Microsoft Office (Office 365 experience a plus)
- Ticketing System Experience (SysAid is a plus)
