Leading Clinical Laboratory services provider specializing in molecular biology, medicinal chemistry, and biotechnology seeks a Full Time Help Desk Analyst to be based at their Corporate Headquarters in Hamilton NJ. Qualified Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience, able to work independently and manage multiple concurrent tasks.
Answering helpdesk calls, and managing the helpdesk ticketing queue. Documenting ticket resolutions.
Imaging, and installing new workstations, software and associated updates.
Supporting a variety of desktops including Windows platforms, Linux, and Apple.
Providing asset management support and updating the hardware and software inventory application.
Service various smartphone types including BlackBerry, Android, and iOS connected to corporate email.
Assist with maintaining, upgrading and troubleshooting LAN/WAN network.
Providing software training of desktop applications.
Maintain and support companywide tools, such as Antivirus, Track-it, Screen Connect.
Assist with employee account changes in Active Directory, Exchange, and related software.
Supporting remote access VPN users, with laptop, and phone issues.
Good organizational and communications skills, will need to work with all levels of users, from novice to highly technical.
1 - 3 years network support
Good troubleshooting skills with a wide variety of 3rd party software.
Technical School Diploma or College degree in Computer Science
A+, Network +, MCP or related certification desirable.
