Currently looking for a CRM Developer for their Corporate Marketing Department.  The right candidate will provide technical solution architectural services to meet enterprise level customer requirements. Represents the interests of users within the company and also the integrity of the CRM system. This role must have an in-depth understanding not only of CRM tools, but also of sales, marketing, business processes, and how to relate to the CRM. This role will work sales, marketing, operations and development teams to serve as an administrator for our implementation of Microsoft Dynamics. As the business grows, so will the demands on the CRM administrator.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Develop application solutions to meet client needs using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization Tool, Workflow tool and/or SDK
  • Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, software architects and IT professionals to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
  • Develop and maintain a platform roadmap. Customize the system to meet the business needs of the company
  • Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other applications, such as back office/ERP applications
  • Estimate level of effort and duration for CRM initiatives, change requests, and defect resolution
  • Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture. Assist with deployment and provisioning activities
  • Customize and create CRM entities
  • Implement business workflows and processes
  • Develop, deploy, customize and integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Ability to install and deploy CRM Organizations
  • Ability to use either the CRM SDK or plugin platforms
  • Daily usage of Microsoft .NET 3.5+ development using C#
  • Provide CRM administration and operational support including user and security management, hierarchies, roles, lead import and management, view creation and administration, and more
  • Utilize source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments
  • Analyze existing processes and make recommendations to better streamline the overall sales operations process within the CRM
  • Ability to customize CRM tool as needs change, and how to troubleshoot the system when problems arise
  • Lead and support initiatives on other back-office development platforms as needed

 

Qualifications

Proven communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders

Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment

Candidate must be proficient or have working knowledge of:

  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills (AP style writing preferred)
  • Familiarity with relational databases and related concepts
  • Experience working on an agile development team

Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes

Strong problem-solving and analysis skills

 

Education and/or Experience                      

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related discipline

Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011

Experience with supporting Microsoft products (SQL Server, SharePoint, IIS, Lync)
