o   Process flow mapping
o   Provide functional specs and solution design documentation

o   Conduct functionality testing and manage UAT
o   Requirements Analysis and Coordination with the business teams

o   Conduct End-User Training with new projects and update training material for new projects

 

 

-          Salesforce.com Administrator

o   Conduct administration activities (user set up, role hierarchy, definition of roles/profiles, creation of reports/dashboards, define workflows, etc)

o   Trouble-shoot and support the technical resources to resolve integration issues with SAP and other applications
o   Salesforce Configuration to support business needs

 

  • Release Management and Support
  • o   Provide Release Notes for upcoming Releases and communicate to the business impact where it applies

o   Address issues and support tickets (Defects and Change Requests)

o   Work with the various teams (SAP and Quoting Team) to coordinate activities around tickets (Defects and Change Requests) and manage to the key dates for releases

 

 

 Skills/Certifications:

 

o   Experience in Pardot integration is beneficial
o   Salesforce.com Administrator certification required.

o   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, Computer engineering
o   Integration Experience is required (with SAP and other tools) from a Systems Analyst perspective

 

 

Must be able to travel within the US and to other countries (approx. 20% - 30% travel)

Must be in the US – Ideally NY area
