Account Executive - IT Staff Augmentation
Well-established, successful, progressive New York City based IT Solutions firm is seeking experienced Account Executives to expand its Staff Augmentation practice.
Our client has operated for more than thirty years concentrating on administrative operations and systems in the areas of ERP, Human Resources, Budgeting, Payroll & Finance. Our consulting services emphasize creating successful solutions for the office or for the enterprise.
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for increasing revenue opportunities for the company. They are seeking new logo business with a minimum quota of $2.5 million in the first year. They do have existing clients but they are seeking a strong BDM to build out their Staff Augmentation department who can bring a book of business and doesn’t mind starting a new division. If you are a real go getter this is an excellent opportunity to be on the ground floor of a great company.
What they need from you:
Mandatory sales experience within an IT
staffing or staff augmentation
Have an existing Rolodex of staff augmentation clients.
Be able to strategize, plan, and execute business development initiatives.
Be able to engage with our Technology leaders and solutions experts to deliver cutting edge solutions to clients.
Increase their business portfolio of solutions and professional services on a national basis.
Establish and grow new client relationships.
Induce solutions and ideas to help existing clients improve their business performance.
Work in an entrepreneurial environment with a high level of senior management access.
Skills you will need:
Staff Augmentation and direct sales experience in selling IT staff augmentation solutions and services across multiple verticals including but not limited to; Financial Services, Public Sector/Government and Retail.
Established book of business and track record of selling Information Technology professional services in to Fortune 1000 clients.
A strong local network of clients in the local geography.
Direct selling and client management experience.
A solid understanding of technology sales related to one or more areas:
Application & Infrastructure Services (Microsoft, IBM or Oracle
technology stacks), ERP, CRM, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence,
Business Information Management, Testing or Engineering solutions
Your Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years in selling IT solutions and services.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
Remote can live anywhere (this is a work from home opportunity)
Eligibility: Authorized to work in the U.S.
