POSITION PURPOSE:
Serve as the single face to the Corporate Finance organization representing ITS strategy and solutions to satisfy business needs. Partner with assigned Global Strategic Leadership Team member(s) and their leadership teams to understand business goals and develop ITS solution strategies that effectively align business needs with the IT corporate strategy.

SCOPE:
The incumbent works with Corporate Finance senior leaders to recommend and identify common information system needs and support opportunities which provide strategic/tactical advantages in planning, managing and conducting the business. This includes relating business objectives to information needs, assessing the effectiveness of current systems and identifying and prioritizing specific systems solutions which align to business strategies.
The incumbent directs ITS senior consultants and consultants to ensure business strategies are translated into system solution designs and consolidated into a prioritized project portfolio. The position must collaborate with all internal ITS teams to translate system designs into corresponding business applications and infrastructure requirements. The position must also work with the IT Strategy, Architecture and Innovation and the IT Solutions Integration and Delivery teams to ensure that Corporate Finance system solutions and projects are aligned with ITS strategies and are placed on the applicable project roadmaps.

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
B.S., B. A. degree and 10-15 years of experience in Finance or related account/relationship management, information technology business systems management..
Demonstrated skills in client relationship management, ITS Service Level Agreement management, Business Process Consulting, strong sense of urgency in delivering results, business knowledge, intuition and judgment, high cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity, strong communication/collaboration.
The candidate should have significant SAP global project implementation experience - specifically the FI & CO modules.

5 direct reports / total team of 12 (consisting of ITS manager, senior consultants and consultants)
Sales: $19-20 billion corporate revenue supported by centralized Finance teams

1. Business-IT Strategy- Initiate and maintain a long-range IT systems plan consistent with business objectives. Align business strategies with the corporate IT strategy.
2. Business Relationship Management- Represent the single face of IT to the customer. Identify computer support opportunities which provide strategic/tactical advantages in planning, managing and conducting the business. Engage with key customers and other external business partners to understand IT requirements and trends that challenge their boundaries.
3. Business Process Consulting –Advice and counsel business leaders on systems solutions to grow and strengthen the business. Ability to say “yes” and “no” to the business regarding IT strategy, and the ability to say “yes” and “no” to the IT organization regarding business unit needs.
4. Business Portfolio Management – Collect, consolidate, and prioritize business initiatives in accordance with business and IT priorities and annual budgets.
